Unhappy Patients

Without giving too much away, suffice to say I recently had a patient that was MOST unhappy with my care. I felt terrible. I truly thought I was doing okay, but this was the first time (in my job of all of 2 months) that someone was this upset. I let things just get to me too much, (losing sleep, not eating, worry) but my resolve is to do better. If things are in my power, I am going to do my best.
